Dear Kensington Square Resident
Further to my letter of 26th March, I am writing to remind you of our upcoming residents’ meeting.
It will take place on Thursday 2nd May at 6pm at United House, 9 Pembridge Road W113JY. Unfortunately, due to ongoing construction works, we are not able to have our first meeting onsite at The Roof Gardens, however, future meetings will take place there.
At the May 2nd meeting we will be inviting feedback and questions on our Operational Management and Dispersal Plan, which you can view in advance of the meeting, by typing this link to your internet browser https://kensingtonsqresidence.theroofgardens.com/
For your information, we are also intending to submit a minor variation of the internal layout. This is simply to relocate the guest toilets from the 6th floor to 5th. There is no additional licensable area as the space previously occupied by the 6th floor toilets will remain as back of house. I can confirm we have discussed this proposal with Mr Mehaffy of the environmental health consultation team. There are no other proposed changes to the licence.
