Dear Kensington Square Resident

I am writing further to my letter dated Thursday 25th April (hand delivered on the same date) and receipt of an email on 26th April from Mariela, requesting a cancellation of the scheduled meeting on May 2nd. She has explained that following consultation with the residents, the date does not work for many including the KSRA representatives.

In light of this, we will propose a new date shortly and notify you by letter as well as through the Residents’ Portal.  In the meantime, we have opened a consultation on the draft Operational Management and Dispersal Plan and look forward to receiving your feedback in writing by Monday 13th May. You can email your feedback to us at kensingtonsquare@theroofgardens.com

I can confirm that we have also shared the draft plan with Keith Mehaffy at RBKC. Just a reminder, that you can read the draft Operational Management and Dispersal Plan and check future meeting dates in the Residents’ Portal which can be accessed by typing the following into your internet browser: https://kensingtonsqresidence.theroofgardens.com/

We are hugely excited to be the current custodians for such an iconic landmark and keenly aware of the responsibility this brings. We believe this starts with fostering strong relationships with our neighbours and positively contributing to the community we all share.

The aim of this portal is to provide a central information hub to keep Kensington Square residents and RBKC informed of the upcoming resident meeting including current agenda. You will also be able to access previous minutes, future meeting dates as well as being kept informed of relevant updates.

The scheduled monthly residents’ meetings will provide an open forum for us to hear your ideas and feedback as well as consult on our Operational Management and Dispersal Plan. Additionally, it will serve as an opportunity for us to explore ways in which we can collaborate with you on various community projects and initiatives to enhance and support our neighbourhood. 

We look forward to meeting all of you in due course and building an open and collaborative relationship.
